algorithm &nbsp;gives &nbsp;a &nbsp;clear &nbsp;modification &nbsp;to &nbsp;the bad point&#39;s &nbsp;position, &nbsp;tangent &nbsp;vector, &nbsp;and second &nbsp;tangent &nbsp;vector. 
We also proved that this algorithm is of energy optimization. &nbsp;
